Steve Stravolo, CPA
With a major in accounting from Wofford College (1990) and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina (1991), Steve Stravolo became a CPA in 1993. After working for in the large “Big Six” international accounting firms, he and his wife Kim founded Stravolo & Co. in 1994.
Steve is known for his business strategic planning and financial coaching skills. He spends a great deal of his time either helping a business owner take his or her business to the next level or working face-to-face with individuals helping them prepare for their financial future.
Recognizing CPAs are positioned to provide planning services to their clients, Steve developed a unique advisory system, which combines these planning services with the CPA’s professional integrity and tax knowledge. Steve and his team at Stravolo Wealth Management continue to assist CPAs around the country with their clients’ special planning needs.

Kim Stravolo, CPA
Kim, co-founder of Stravolo & Co., majored in accounting at Columbia College (1991) and earned a Master of Taxation from the University of South Carolina (1992). Kim worked for one of the large “Bix Six” international accounting firms and in 1994, co-founded Stravolo & Co. with her husband Steve.
Kim spends her time in the areas of individual, corporate and fiduciary tax preparation, planning and review.

Steve McCullough, CPA
Steve graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1974 with a BA in Economics and in 1982 with a BS in Accounting. Steve has worked in public accounting obtaining extensive experience in auditing and tax. In addition, Steve has worked as a controller in the construction and management services industries. Steve joined the team at Stravolo & Co. in January 2007 and works in the areas of tax preparation and planning and business advisory services.

Dianne Stikeleather, CPA
Dianne joined Stravolo & Co. in February 2009. She received her Bachelors degree in Accounting from Wofford College in 2000. She has over 10 years experience in public accounting. Currently she is in charge of accounting services for Stravolo & Co. where she provides full-charge bookkeeping, accounting and tax services to clients of the firm.

Mike Irvin
Mike Irvin is the Operations Manager of Stravolo Wealth Management and an individual tax preparer for Stravolo & Company, P.A. He is a registered representative and investment adviser representative. Mike is a licensed insurance agent and is the coordinator for long-term care and life insurance.
Prior to joining The Stravolo Group in May 2007, Mike worked as a financial planner in Richmond, VA. He also worked there as a management consultant and business coach, teaching classes on management skills at the University of Richmond. Mike was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from Baylor University in Waco, TX with a double major in Religion and Greek. He has a Master of Divinity and a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies and Greek. Mike served as a pastor in Virginia for 10 years. Mike and his wife, Holly, have 3 daughters and live in Spartanburg.

Kent E. McKown, CPA, CVA, CM&AA
Kent has extensive experience in providing transformational leadership and counsel to the ownership and management teams of entrepreneurial and middle market companies.
He has led and advised companies through initiatives that have included organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, performance improvement, turnarounds, capital formation/structuring, business succession, strategic planning and tactical implementation. His talents and focus are in advising company stakeholders through improvement-oriented transitional events and projects.
Kent has also advised on a multitude of corporate transactions including buy-side and non-taxable reorganizations. Over the past 18 years, Kent's assignments and roles have included; CPA/Partner, Interim President, Outsourced/Contract CFO, Business Owner and Consultant.
Kent is a graduate of the Citadel and a former Officer of Marines. He holds the following designations: CPA - Certified Public Accountant, CVA - Certified Valuation Analyst, and CM&AA - Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor
